Loved the location, the breakfast and poolside attendants who did a great job looking after us. Our initial check in staff was excellent but thereafter we met one very unpleasant guy who had no interest in helping us rent a car.

Spacious clean suite with all the amenities you can ask for. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet of sweet and salty choices for everyone. Free parking is definitely a plus.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist that checked me out. The facilities were great although I would suggest advertising that a swimming cap must be worn to use the pool. Breakfast was tasty and a perfect start to the day. Room was comfortable and felt safe being a solo female traveller.

We arrived at 10.30 , check in was 14.30 but they gave us our room!!! The staff were very friendly, we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready which we understood but then a very nice gentleman had a look and said that our room was ready ! Amazing service .

Location is brilliant - just across from the bus station, close to major road links, walking distance in to town. Huge room, enormous comfortable bed. Pool was great, big enough, well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic - really comprehensive and tasty. Good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful towards a large group of Hearts supporters from Edinburgh . All the above were very good but our room could have been better if we had had a kettle for tea & coffe making

Excellent location. Close to bus terminal and old town. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly. Water with mint infusion was a welcoming bonus. Swimming pool was excellent

Breakfast was amazing. Good location for walking to old Lecce. Swimming pool was a treat in the afternoon as weather was very hot.

Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice - rooms should be updated (sanitary) - location; short to the centre and at overside of the hotel from the street, a big bus/coach place for other destinations (cities, airport Brindisi, etc...)
